These terms cover your use of the Nearby Pharmacy website, including browsing products, placing orders, requesting prescriptions, and booking appointments.

Orders and pricing

Product availability and prices are confirmed by the pharmacy before an order is finalised. Prescription-only items require pharmacist approval.

Appointments

Appointment requests are reviewed by pharmacy staff and are considered pending until confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery is subject to service-area and product eligibility checks described on the prescriptions and checkout pages.
